Cost: Included in Full Conference registrations. Additional tickets are available at $80 per person.

As the first official social event of the FCAP 2019 Conference, the welcome reception provides you with the opportunity to relax and enjoy the company of colleagues and friends. The welcome reception will be held at Alfresco, Rydges Newcastle, located on the vibrant Honeysuckle harbour front with beautiful views over the harbour.

Venue: Hunter Room, Newcastle City Hall, 290 King Street, Newcastle
Cost: $140 per person
Dress code: Cocktail attire
Transport: Delegates are required to make their own way to Newcastle City Hall, which is a leisurely 5 minute walk from Rydges Newcastle.

The Hunter Room is located on the top floor of Newcastle City Hall. Guests will arrive to welcome drinks on the sandstone balcony overlooking Civic Park. Moving into the Hunter Room, enjoy a relaxed evening with a three course dinner and entertainment.
